Week 2
by Tyler @ Are We There Yet???Well my body is posting mixed reviews on my second full week of "iron training", truthfully I don't think I let my self have an off season and my training hasn't changed that much from last season . . . other then I have a lot more cool folks to workout with. I really like having the Team, it is very motivating.
Long run Saturday morning (10.5m + 3.5m), tweaked my knee a little bit. I am making myself stay off it until at least Wednesday (by off it I don't mean I am not working out or moving around - if you know me this is pretty much an impossibility - just no running).
Writing a blog is kinda weird (I have never done this before), I wonder if anyone actually reads these things, is it just a bit of narcissism? Oh well, I said I was going to post a training blog for any of my sponsors that might be interested and it is an interesting exercise.
