It was a cold weekend in May at Lake Tahoe, it had been snowing over the last couple of days. I really should of checked the weather before went there for the weekend, it was a stark contrast to the weather in the Bay Area.
However I had gone with my wetsuit and I intended to use it! I went for a couple swims, the water was freezing, but clear enough to see to the bottom, a first after all the murky water I usually swim in :-)
